Please join us for an afternoon in sisterhood to dive into womb exploration, artful intimacy
and the element of water. Facilitated by Zoey @zoey_mayenburg, we will commune and tap into our connection to our inner cauldron, channel the voice of our wombs, move through qi gong and grounding practices before dropping into a water like flow. Arleta (@yellowpetalphoto) will gently guide the artful expansion through Sacred Presence, where we will spend a bit of time witnessing and artfully documenting each other in our natural connection to womb and water.
You will also get a chance to be photographed by Arleta and will receive 5 pictures included from the mini shoot.

It’s round 2 of Womb Sutras! Integrate life and the change of the seasons. If your grandmother received the invite we believe she likely would:

1. Secretly wish she could of gone to this at your age.

2. Talk openly about it during her aquafit class and wants all her friends to go with her.

Maybe we’re wrong, but we’re hoping your grandmother is cool….and that you also want to be legendary on your lifecycle journey.

The goal of this class is to help you feel more confident and empowered before you meet your baby. Feeling informed while having fun in an inclusive learning environment to all birth choices and outcomes is what we offer in our beautiful indoor space. Discover different resources and tools that will connect you to your primal potential and ideal birth vision. We’ll explore embodied comfort measures using breathwork, and practices from kundalini yoga, hypnobirthing and qi gong traditions.

What to bring: Your own lunch and snack. Babies & children are welcome, and this is inclusive to parents needing to tend to their child in their company. Childcare is not provided however we will do our best to accommodate the flow of participant’s needs and repetition of information is welcome.

LoveFest is a soulful mini day retreat to honour the Womb. This invitation is for all wombs *including if* you are just starting your conception journey, are pregnant, or have given birth. This is an invitation to celebrate your womb through self care + art. During this event, you will be offered through a grounding joy tea ceremony, meditation, womb massage and foot bath with Serena Oliveira (and assistants), a belly cast or belly painting, and artful imagery by Yellow Petal Photo. You will leave with not only memories of the day, but also an anchor package to accompany your strength in this transformation process.
