Hi, I’m Serena.
I walk beside others through big changes. Some folks call me “The People’s Strawberry” — If that’s cheesy, then I’m here for it. Since I was a young girl growing up in a remote northern community, I’ve been a poet and book lover. Somewhere along the way I found something that stopped me in my tracks: the humble strawberry shows up in countless creation stories. It’s a symbol of growth, sweetness, and the cycles of life — much like our own journeys.
Change can be tough even when we welcome it. In the world of reproductive health, I draw inspiration from ancient wisdom to offer bursts of insight and support. Drawing from the wisdom of traditional knowledge keepers who have thrived in their sweetness and strength, I grow best when I grow alongside others.
I’ve learned how sweetness is wonderful, while strategy is essential. Rooted in oral history and tradition, my offerings are like fruit that’s been grown and savoured for centuries. With seeds that glow and grow in the form of classes and 1:1 support I readily share while collaborating in community.
On a personal note, I find space to play and pray in the mountains where I’ve spent winters off-grid raising children, or in the fertile soil of a homesteading garden (count me in if you need help weeding while talking about boundaries).
I’m here as an agent of alchemizing the lessons of life — especially those from birth — to share with the world what we all need more of:
authenticity
radical self-acceptance
and deep connection

Motherhood 17 years ago didn’t make me an expert — it made me a woman in the midst of a beautiful, messy transformation. One that deepened my connection to the land, my body, and the wisdom of those who came before me.
Along the way, I faced my own reproductive health challenges and found healing in ancient practices like martial arts and womb-centered care.
This journey pulled me into the world of decolonizing reproductive health and childbirth — a world far beyond the physical. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I hold space for timeless, embodied wisdom. Through ritual, massage, and guidance rooted in ancient, land-based practices, I nurture not just the body, but the soul.
I don’t believe in empty positivity. I’m here to do the deep work. Through breathwork, meditation, and dream guidance, I help you stay grounded, connected, and attuned to your own power.
With 18 years in the childbirth arts, I trust the alchemy between intuition, culture, and science. I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to guide you through your fears, helping you rise into your most authentic self. To claim the freedom of mind, body, and heart that is your birthright. Life isn’t meant to be a burden — our mental health and liberation are sacred responsibilities. It’s time to find new ways of relating, with ourselves and each other.
